Domestic Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high-demand periods or inventory restocks, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in shipment, we will notify you via email.

Note: Since Vareven operates as a dropshipping-based eCommerce store, some items may ship directly from our partner warehouses or suppliers. In such cases, orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages at different times.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.) – 7–15 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available) – 4–7 business days

Delivery times may vary based on the supplier’s location, carrier performance, and destination. Unexpected delays (e.g., customs holds, weather, or courier backlogs) can occasionally occur.


Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing tracking information.
Tracking numbers typically become active within 24–48 hours after shipment.

You can track your order directly using the tracking link provided in the email or through your account dashboard on our website.


International Shipping Policy

We currently only ship within the United States.
If you are located outside the U.S. and would like to inquire about potential international orders, please contact us at contact@vareven.com before placing an order.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Vareven is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to your order.
All charges imposed during or after shipping—such as tariffs, import duties, or local taxes—are the responsibility of the customer.


Damages and Lost Packages

Vareven is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. Once your order leaves the supplier or warehouse, ownership and risk transfer to you.

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.

  2. Retain all packaging materials and damaged items for inspection.

  3. Notify us at contact@vareven.com with your order number and photos so we can assist with the claim process.
